Lonnie Truman, RPT

Lonnie Truman, RPT graduated from University of Utah in 1995 with a Bachelors degree in Physicial Therapy. Lonnie has worked in Southern Utah during his professional career. Lonnie has roots in Southern Utah and grew up in Enterprise. He is married to Tammy, and they have 3 children; Brenden, Teisha, & Taylor.

Dana Hulet, RPT

Dana Hulet, PT graduated from Finch University of Health Sciences/The Chicago Medical School in North Chicago Illinois after internships at Condell Medical Center in Libertyville Illinois, Eisenhower Medical Center in Rancho Mirage, California and Great Lakes Naval Hospital in North Chicago, Illinois. She graduated with a Bachelors degree in Physical Therapy in 1996 and has worked in Southern Utah ever since. 12 years with Intermountain Health Care and 2 years with Gentiva in both staff and management positions before coming to Southern Utah Spine and Rehab in April of 2011. A current resident of Brookside, Dana has lived in Dixie since her family moved here in 1985. She is married to Leonard and they have 2 children, Jaid and Regan.
